Science in Sport Go Bar Box of 24 65g Bars: The nutritious high energy snack that is ideal for athletes and people with active lifestyles. Never has fast food tasted so good and been so nutritious. Approximately 15% of the calories are derived from protein and over 70% from carbohydrate. Carbohydrate is delivered from several sources including oats, rice, corn and real fruit to provide a consistent energy release, the oats also provide a good source of soluble fibre. The bar is fortified with vitamins and minerals to be in balance with its energy content. The apple and blackcurrant flavoured bar has over 80% of the calories from carbohydrate whilst the chocolate orange flavoured bar has added MCT's (medium chain triglycerides) from coconut oil.
