Footdisc Cushioning Insoles: (Blue) AW10: Our Cushion Insoles are specifically designed for runners, joggers and cyclists who have high arched feet. The arch is predominately rigid and inflexible and lacks any inward rolling (pronation). This means the foot doesn't absorb any shock and transmits impact shock back up the body. This lack of motion (or opposite motion) is commonly known as supination. Supination has a negative effect on the body's ability to absorb shock and can lead to several injuries and pains, namely forefoot pain (Mortons Neuroma), heel pain (plantar fasciitis), calve pain, knee pain (Iliotibial Band Syndrome), lower back (flat back). Unlike other cushioning insoles footdisc helps the body's natural mechanics to cushion and absorb shock. The high arched 3DBS support system captures and redistributes impact forces across the whole foot.
