Dirt School The DVD: The mountain bike technique film. A fresh take on 'how-to' films. The journey from setting up the Dirt School mountain bike coaching centre to working with world champions inspired the making of this DVD - using Dirt School's time on the trails with hundreds of riders, the coaches wanted to share their experiences with a wider trail riding audience. Taking a totally different approach to learning mountain biking, the film shows how it's done and provides the coaching for techniques, skills and improvements in a relaxing, laid back atmosphere. There are highlights from lessons at Dirt School in the DVD, showing thoughts and feelings of other improving riders - this allows the viewer to relate to personal experiences. All the essentials are covered in a very in-depth style. There are blue, red and black level trails included for progression. The viewer will feel more confident hitting those rocks on favourite rides. The real highlight is the detail. The film covers the basics in a way to give advanced riders the chance to sharpen up their skills too. Filmed at Glentress and Innerleithen trail centres
