Bont A-One Road Cycling Shoe: The handmade 100% carbon monocoque construction of the Bont a-one road cycling shoe is made for pure performance. With its unidirectional carbon construction (with exception of final cosmetic layer), 3.6 mm stack height, industry leading strength to weight ratio and Bont's proprietary resin allowing customisation of fit, the a-one will ensure that your power is transferred straight to the drive train without waste. Never tried a Bont shoe before? As a reference guide these shoes come up very similar to a Standard Shimano Road shoe, except for the toe box which has the unique Bont shape. These shoes do not suit a wider foot. Bont A-three Road Cycling Shoe Shoes Bont Bont A-Three Road Cycling Shoe: The Bont a-three brings new meaning to the term 'value for money' for a cycling shoe. This is a fully heat moldable, hand made, light weight fibreglass racing shoe that is loaded with features. This shoe is made by hand using Bont's monocoque manufacturing technique. Each layer of fibreglass is hand laid in different directions before being painted with resin and then bandaged extremely tight to remove any excess resin. The shoe is then baked in the oven for 45 minutes for curing. The light weight outer skin is then stitched and glued to the base. The result is a shoe that is one of the stiffest on the market and all for a very affordable price. Never tried a Bont shoe before?
