Mizuno's revolutionary thermal material Breath Thermo is the only fabric in the world that can self generate and control heat. The heat is generated as the Breath Thermo yarn is treated so that it does not expand. Heat is generated from the energy created when the yarn tries to control itself from expanding. The heat becomes trapped inside the Breath Thermo fabric, allowing continuous warmth to the user making it the perfect apparel for the active outdoor sportsman. This means that instead of wearing thick bulky hats to insulate your head you can wear lightweight thermal ones from Mizuno.

Mizuno Wave Renegade 4 Shoes Aw10 Shoes Mizuno Mizuno Wave Renegade 4 Shoes AW10: The Mizuno Wave Renegade 4 is for the runner needing maximum support (Severe over pronation). Rather than using a bulky and heavy medial post, Renegade offers unrivalled support, fit and feel by extending the wave plate through the midfoot. Mizuno use a supportive wave that starts low on the lateral (outside) of the trainer which gradually fans out and raises in height towards the medial (inside) side. The lateral side of the wave provides shock absorption at heel strike working with the VS1 to dissipate shock. As the foot rolls in it comes into contact with progressively more support keeping the foot in a neutral position. Mizuno wave is the only running technology that combines support and cushioning.
