The kit contains all the neccesary parts such as: Fluid 2 trainer, Riser Block, DVD - Race Day, Trainer Mat, and the Sweat band (bike thong). The CycleOps Fluid 2 "Best in Class" trainer! Featuring a new larger fly wheels with twice the inertia of previous models for improved road-like feel. Infinite resistance curve ensures increased wattage as you increase speed. Riser Block: Unique 3-level design lets you select the level of difficulty.
