Dxd Fins Water Sports Dacor The new OPB (Optimized Pivoting Blade) patented system in a lightweight and high-performance full-foot fin. Stabilizers, for greater stability and torsional stress reduction on the ankle during the fining action. O.P.B. (Optimized Pivoting Blade). During the finning stroke, the structure of traditional fins tends to limit the flexing angle of the blade. As a result, and especially during the downward kick, only a small portion of the blade pushes the water in the direction of motion, while the remaining part pushes the water in the opposite direction. The O.P.B. system, patented by Mares, ensures that the blade is always at an optimal angle during both the upward and downward strokes, thus considerably increasing efficiency. This ensures that all the divers muscular effort translates into effective thrust in the direction of motion. Another limitation of traditional fins is the degradation of the thrust produced during the finning stroke,with substantial differences between the maximum and minimum values. The O.P.B. system, on the other hand, ensures optimal thrust throughout every phase of the finning stroke, thereby minimizing fatigue and affording much more fluid movement through the water. Eagle Pro Dpd Water Sports Dacor First Stage. Balanced diaphragm operating system. DFC system (Dynamic Flow Control). Provides uniform breathing at any depth, while maintaining a constant intermediate pressure. It utilizes a main port connecting the 2nd stage to the pivoting connector. A mechanical block allows a maximum rotation of 170º towards the diver, so that the 2nd stage is always under control. The pivoting connector makes the regulator more comfortable by following head movements and minimizes jaw fatigue. The first stage has 7 ports; 1 main low pressure (swivel), 4 low-pressure and 2 high-pressure. Ports are opposite and ergonomic, with HP ports facing down; perfect for instruments or transducers. The outer angle of the hose was designed for maximum comfort. Comfort grip knob. Body is made of high-strength nickel and chrome-plated brass with a matte satin-finish exterior. Second Stage. Patented, two-component second-stage body, for a unique look and unbeatable lightness.
